AU - الهور، نداء جمال AU - الهور، وفاء جمال AB - The aim of the study was to identify the social position of the Palestinian teacher in the light of the quality of work life. The study community consisted of male and female secondary school teachers in the Central Governorate. To achieve this, the two researchers followed the descriptive / analytical approach by applying two questionnaires, the first "social standing" and the second "quality of work life", applied to a random sample of (200) male and female teachers from the central governorates in Gaza. The results have shown: "The degree of factors affects the position of the teacher, a relative weight (81.60%) with a high degree which indicates that the field of qualification and training comes first, whereas the field of educational supervision methods come last. The Mean of the "quality of work life" reached (3.87) with a relative weight (77.37%), which is a high degree of response, where the field of continuous improvement came first and the field of human relations methods in the school ranked last. There was a positive relationship between "the Palestinian social status of the teacher" and the quality of work life "and the correlation coefficients were high, indicating a positive relationship.
