AU - الرويشد، فيصل مد الله AB - This study aims at investigating the reality of the educational diploma program in Al-jouf University in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The participants of this study were (100) students (male and female) who had registered for the diploma program during the academic year of 1432/1433 AH. A set of questionnaire with (68) statements were prepared by the researcher and these statements were classified/distributed into six fields. The field of “faculty members” got the highest mean (3.80) then the field of “study Courses" (3.73) then the field "teaching methods" (3.56) also the field of "Evaluation" got (3.49). The fields of "program and management and the physical environment" got the less two means or averages. The results also showed an existence of statistically significant differences in favor of females in the fields of "faculty members, study courses, evaluation, the whole questionnaire‘s fields" and there were no differences according to the specialization variable, while there were statistically significant differences according to the experience variable in the fields of the physical environment and program management for those who have less experience. Accordingly, the researcher recommends to concern and interest in the evaluation process, physical equipment, and using all educational modern technologies in the education process and recommends formulating training workshops for faculty members.
