AU - الخطيب، أماني خالد AU - الزعبي، ريم محمد AB - The study aimed at identifying the degree of applying the concept of integrity and transparency by basic school principals in Irbid from the teachers’ perspectives. The study sample consisted of (151) teachers who were chosen randomly. The researchers built a (51- item) questionnaire which was distributed into six fields. The results of the study show that the principals of basic schools in Irbid highly practiced the concepts of integrity and transparency from the teachers’ perspectives. The field of transparency and integrity commitment to the ethics of the profession and its standards came first with a high degree, Then it was followed by the field of laws, regulations and instructions, the field of integrity and transparency in operations came last with a high degree too. The results also show no statistical significance at (α = 0.05) attributed to the gender and years of experience. In light of the results, the researchers recommended several recommendations related to the school administration.
