AU - الزهراني، سلطان بن عبد العزیز AU - الفیفي، موسى بن سلیمان AB - The study aimed to identify the role of continuing education programs in neighborhood school clubs in developing the concept of social responsibility and promote social relations. The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for the study, and the study sample consisted of (400) of the beneficiaries and beneficiaries of the neighborhood school clubs. The study reached the following results: Individuals of the study sample strongly agree that the continuing education programs in neighborhood school clubs have a role in developing social responsibility with an average of (4.4). Also, Individuals of the study sample strongly agree that the continuing education programs in neighborhood school clubs have a role in promoting social relations with an average of (4.38). This study recommended: Holding seminars and meetings with local leaders and officials from the governmental and private sectors and companies with the aim of the importance of participating and financing continuing education programs in neighborhood school clubs in various areas of life, intensifying social enlightenment programs that urge individuals to take responsibility and selfreliance, and increasing programs that concern the family and building it, such as successful marital relationship programs, home management, and dealing with children.
