AU - عساف، حمود عبد المجيد AB - The study aimed to identify the scores of a sample of graduates of Palestinian universities for the indicators of the quality of teaching the course of scientific research methods, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of these indicators due to the variables (sex- College). To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive - analytical approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (31) paragraphs divided into five fields: (indicators of research directions, practical indicators, value indicators (culture, future indicators, organizational indicators) on a sample of 368 students. The results showed that the total degree of the quality indicators for the teaching of the curriculum of the scientific research curricula from the point of view of the sample was medium with a relative weight of 66.7%. The field of organizational indicators ranked first with a relative weight of (71.3%) In the last place with relative weight (61.3%) and medium. There were statistically significant differences in the areas of (indicators of research guidance) and (organizational indicators) due to the sex variable for females, while there were no statistically significant differences on the other fields and the total score, while there were no differences due to the College variable. The researcher recommended focusing on the applied and practical objectives of the course to serve the future trends and the impact of learning, and to investigate the objective universities in the selection of teachers to the course (methods of scientific research).
