AU - سعد، نداء أكرم أحمد AU - أبو كريم، أحمد فتحي AB - This study aimed to identify the degree of administrative transparency in the heads of the academic departments and their relation to the degree of organizational trust in the faculty members from their point of view at the private Jordanian universities. In order to achieve this goal, a random sample consisting of four Universities. A random sample was taken from the faculty member, there were 269. The researchers used the descriptive approach to the study, and distributed two questionnaires; the first one was of administrative transparency, while the second one was of organizational trust, both tools was verified. The results showed that the total degree of the heads of academic departments was high, and the level of organizational trust was high. Also as a result, there was a positive correlation between the degree of transparency and the degree of organizational trust, as well as a positive relationship. As there are statistically significant differences in the practice of administrative transparency due to the gender variable in favor of females, Academic level in favor of the category of "professor", and the specialization of the college in favor of the humanitarian faculties, There were statistically significant differences in the degree of organizational trust attributed to the academic level variable in favor of the category "professor" and the variable specialization of the college for the benefit of scientific colleges.
