AU - العنزي، أحمد سلامة AB - The study aimed to identify administrative communication styles of middle school principals, and their relationship to organizational change from the perspective of head departments in general education schools in Kuwait. The study used the descriptive analytical methods to achieve its goals. It employed two questionnaires, the first, which was designed to measure administrative communication styles, consisted of (30) items while the second was designated to measure the organizational change for schools, and it consisted of (6) items. The study was applied on a random stratified sample (n = 102) of head departments. Using the appropriate statistical tools, the study reached a number of conclusions: 1) administrative communication styles arranged as follows: The first was written communication, followed by oral communication, then participatory communication, and finally ordered communication. The degree of all administrative communication styles were medium. 2) The degree of organizational change in middle schools were also medium, and 3) there were no statistical significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) in all study variables: social type, years of service as a head of department, except scientific specialization 4) a positive correlation was found between all administrative communication styles and organizational change.
