AU - محمد، حسين جبار AB - The current research dealt with the possibility of studying techniques popular art as an important aspect in the completion of works of art and the era after the second world war marked changes in the structure of plastic and in the techniques of demonstration and performance these techniques paved the way for the extraction of many raw materials as a result of the technological and industrial progress that coincided with that period the research included four chapters. The first chapter deals with the problem of research which summarized the following questions: 1) the limits of the adoption of the artist of popular art on how many as an aesthetic source? What is the size of artistic creativity in producing a movable art work. 2) Is the technical characteristics of popular art reflected in the output of students of the department of art education the research objective to reveal the technical characteristics of popular art and its reflection in the output of students of the department of art education in addition to the importance of research and its limits and terminology the second chapter included two topics: the first: the concept of technology: the second topic popular art as for the third chapter the research community includes the technical outputs of the (64) students who completed (64) artistic works in the field of painting executed in colors (zaytiyah acrylic collage) a vertical sample was selected (5) artworks implemented by collage technology assembly with sizes and materials various materials either chapter fourth it ensures the most important the results are a relationship between the form and the content in the artistic productions to indicate the ability to employ visual vocabulary in a harmonious and gradual manner in color as well as the link of the idea in popular art with industrial vocabulary which was a factor of pressure and important in transforming the shape of the post-industrial society the most important recommendations are to motivate students to research and experiment continuously on raw materials and techniques and borrow them in the work of art in order to create new arts emanating from their environment and this comes through the adoption of practical and practical lessons in which the student exercises his art according to the technical characteristics of popular art.
