AU - الخضر، روان هحهد AU - السرور، ناديا هايل AB - The present study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a training program based on competencies in developing the knowledge and skills related to inclusion of kindergarten students in Jordan. The study sample consisted of 30 teachers of the inclusion classes in the schools of the Directorate of Education and Private and Governmental Education in the capital Amman. The study sample consisted of 30 teachers who were equally distributed to the control and experimental groups where the control group was 15 and in the experimental group 15.The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the total score of cognitive level between the experimental and control groups in favor to experimental group which is attributed to the training program. As well as the results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the total score of teachers' skill between the experimental and control groups in favor to experimental group which is attributed to the training program. the researcher recommended developing a program that might train teachers on competencies such as mastery in using technology aids, in addition to increasing opportunities for continuing professional training for teachers in the kindergarten stage and measuring the impact of the training on children in the classroom.
