AU - الزهراني، عبد العزيز عثمان AB - The aim of this study is to develop a proposed scenario for developing teaching practices for mathematics teachers in the vision of 21st century skills. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire in the perception of these skills to diagnose the reality of the teaching practices of mathematics teachers in 21st century skills. The study applied to all mathematics supervisors and other supervisors in both cities Mecca and Jeddah. The study found that the teaching practices of the mathematics teachers view of the skills of the twenty-first century were generally medium, and some practices tend to be weak, and the study revealed a set of requirements for activation of these skills in teaching, notably the development of pre-service teacher preparation programs and the design of the environment and the development of professional development programs for teachers in service, and in the concept of the results of the study was developed the proposed scenario. The study also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05αα) among the study members in their estimations about all the subjects of the study due to the variables of the years of service and educational administration, while there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of qualification and gender, with the exception of the requirements of activating the skills of the twenty-first century in teaching. In conclusion, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposed studies.
