AU - السحاري، محمد عوض محمد AU - آل محفوظ، محمد زيدان عبد الله AB - This study aims to clarify the ethical issues that should be included in the Islamic culture curriculum of the secondary stage, as well as ensuring if these curriculums include the ethical issues, and the differences between the curriculums as regards to the total frequencies of these ethical issues, also building a standard of the digital ethical decision making skills among high school students, and the availability of these skills among the students of secondary schools, the study was applied on (125) students of Asir region, and it was applied on Islamic culture curriculums in the secondary stage, for the year (1439-1440). The data was compiled through an analysis card including (27) ethical issues. It compiled through a standard of ethical decision-making among students including (6) points and (38) phrases. The current study relied on a descriptive and analytical methodology. The current study showed that the highest percentage of ethical issues was related to the Islamic culture curriculum common program. There are also some ethical issues which were not mentioned in the Islamic culture curriculum, and specialized program including (28) moral issues with a rate of (14) ethical issues for every curriculum. For the skills of ethical decision making, the study revealed that most of skills classified as high level, medial level, and low level. In general, the study showed a lack of these ethical issues in the curriculum of secondary grade.
