AU - الشهراني، عبد الله بن فلاح AB - The present study aims at identifying the ability of the practical education trainees in Bisha University to guide their students to practice the educational values. The population of the study was all (120) students of practical education (diploma and bachelor), while the sample of the study consisted of 50 purposively chosen students divided into 23 students in diploma and 27 in bachelor's degree. The researcher designed observation card and used it in the classrooms to collect the data in which he attended two classes for every trainee. The results of the study revealed that the ability of practical education trainees to guide their students for practicing the educational values was at medium level in all fields. That is, the religious values ranked first followed by cognitive, social, political, health, economic, and finally aesthetic values. Further, there are statistically significant differences in the ability of practical education trainees to guide their students to practice the educational values due to the level of study in favor of educational diploma trainees.
