AU - القرني، مسفر بن خفير سني AB - The aim of the current research is to establish a program for the development of professional competencies among the faculty members of the scientific faculties of Bisha University in light of the requirements of the entrance of integration between science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Science, technology, engineering and mathematics (stem), which reached (58) professional competencies divided into six requirements: concentration on integrated conceptual experience and integration between the fields of stem (s science, t technology, e engineering m mathematics) the twenty-first century and the next generation, students acquire basic scientific knowledge of contemporary science, apply knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering design, work skills, production and sustainable development. Through the application of the questionnaire of training needs on a sample of scientific colleges, it reached (45) members in the faculties of: medicine, applied medical sciences, engineering and science at the university of bisha. The results showed that the degree of need of faculty members in the research sample was very large and large in all competencies. In view of the results of the list of training needs of professional competencies, a proposed training program was prepared and evaluated according to an evaluation form prepared for this purpose.
