AU - بومجان، عادل AU - جوهرة، أقطي AU - الوافي، خالد AB - This study aimed at investigating the impact of work life quality in term of (training, team work, rewards and incentives, job characteristics, participate in decision making, work tangible conditions) on job performance in term of (services quality, skills, innovation behavior, and work quantity) at faculty of science technology on the Biskra University. The researchers used a questionnaire as tool to gather a primary data and it distributed to 90 university’s professors as a convenience sample. In additional the study assured that both job characteristics and team work have a positive direct effect on job performance. Whereas the training, rewards and incentives, participate in decision making, work tangible conditions have not direct effect on job performance.
