AU - درنوني، هدى AB - The aim of this study was to uncover the reality of bullying in the Algerian university administration and to identify the factors causing it, which have been limited in this regard by the behaviors of abuse, discrimination between employees and the predominance of the profession of the bully. The descriptive approach to achieving the objectives of the study was followed by the selection of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Mohammed Khaidar in the form of a model for the study, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool after it was distributed to all administrative staff in the Humanities and Social Sciences departments. The abuse of the prevalence of bullying in the university administration contributes to a medium degree. The distinction between employees contributes to the prevalence of bullying in the university administration to an occupational bullying contributes to increasing the level of bullying in the university administration to a medium degree.
