AU - الصاعدي، أحمد بن عيد بن براك AB - This paper aimed to explore the role of Triangulation Strategy in refining academic research in field of educational technology. To achieve the study objective, the researcher used the survey descriptive method, as well as he prepared a questionnaire including (20) sentences. Study sample included (218) individuals specialized in field of educational technology, whose qualifications are Master and Doctorate degrees. The study sample is randomly selected from universities around Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Study results revealed that the role of Triangulation strategy in refining academic research in field of educational technology is very important, in terms that the average overall estimates of study sample individuals was (4.32), whereas (13) sentences obtained very high estimate, (4) sentences obtained high estimate and (3) sentences obtained moderate estimates. Moreover, study results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample according to variables of sex and teaching experience. Whereas, there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample according to variables of kind of qualification in favor of who having doctorate degree. Study results revealed that there were statistically significant differences according to work nature in favor of faculty members at universities. The researcher recommended that scientific research in educational technology shall be promoted through the use of Triangulation strategy. Furthermore, he recommended that university research center and post-graduate programs shall be directed to provide researchers with information needed for the use of Triangulation strategy in scientific research.
