The zero hypothesis (no statistically significant differences at α 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group studied electrical and electronic fundamentals according to the IPAD, the number of students (56) students from the computer industry and the information technology department was adopted. Two methods were adopted, the first one represented by the descriptive method, for the construction of the interactive book Tablet (IPAD), the second It is the experimental method, to know the effectiveness of the design of the Tablet Book (IPAD) for the basics of electricity and electronic collection, and prepared the researcher After the data were processed statistically, the results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group. It was found that the size of the effect of the independent variable was highly influential, with ETA (0.60) in achievement. In the light of the results of the research, the researcher reached a number of conclusions and a set of recommendations and suggestions that could benefit the professors and authors of the basics of electricity and electronics.
