AU - طيفور، هيفاء علي AB - This study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing management by walking around by schools principals and Its Impact on teacher's achievement motivation from teachers' perspective in Ajloun Governorate, and used the descriptive analytical method. The sample consists of (255) teachers. The results show that the degree of practicing management by walking around by schools principals, and the level of achievement motivation for teachers were in high. There were significant differences in the degree of practicing management by walking around in favor of gender and school level, and no significant differences in the degree of practicing management by walking around in favor of experiences and qualification. There were no significant differences in the degree of the level of achievement motivation for teachers in favor of all demographic variables. There was a statistical significance of management by walking around on teachers' achievement motivation.
