AU - المجمد، إسراء سالم AU - الشبو، سعاد مسلم AB - The current study aimed at identifying the impact of the decision-making effectiveness unchanged leadership among Kuwaiti kindergarten principals. Employing the quantitative, descriptive approach, a developed questionnaire was used to collect the data. The data was collected from the whole study population (N = 200). Using the appropriate statistical methods, the findings showed that: (a) principals’ attitudes and perceptions were generally positive with respect to their change leadership and decision making effectiveness; (b) school district was found significant in differentiating principals’ perceptions, where Ahmadi was the least among all other school district; and (c) decision making was found to significantly predict change leadership, including its total score and subscales. The study concluded with some relevant theoretical and practical implications, including: (a) rethinking of effective decision making as a multi-dimensional concept; (b) reconsidering the length of work period for kindergarten managers; and (c) the importance of professional development programs in terms of quality and merit. Relevant recommendation were reported as well.
