AU - النبي، أحمد إمام حسب AU - أبو دنيا، نادية عبده عواض AB - The present study aims at identifying the different life and academic skills of children of autism in different variables: gender, educational stage, parents' educational level. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current study. The study sample consisted of (20) children of autism in primary and kindergarten age group (3 - 9 years). The researcher used the life and academic skills scale for the children of autism disorder after verifying its psychometric properties (sincerity, persistence). In his current study, the researcher used the Man - Whitney Test for the statistical significance of the two independent samples. The results of the study showed that the standard of life and academic skills in children with autism is very high, The researcher took into consideration the various theoretical frameworks and the Arab and foreign studies that dealt with the research of the life and academic skills of the autistic children in the stage Kindergartens for use in the construction of the scale – See the diagnostic signs of autism disorder according to the fifth diagnostic and statistical guide to psychiatric disorders (DSM-V).
