AU - عشرية، إخلاص حسن السيد AB - This study aims to find the quality norms of the developing of gifted programs within the faculties of education from the standpoint of education expertise in Sudanese universities. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive approach was used in a sample of 51 talented and education expertise from Sudanese universities during the year 2014- 2015. The researcher designed a questionnaire, and after being treated statistically to measure the validity and reliability through alpha Cronbach’s coefficient, it was used to collect data. The researchers analyzed the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Study results show that there are statistically significant differences in the sample responses. The study came out by a number of recommendations including: co- operation with the Ministries of Higher Education in reviewing the strategic plans for the talented.
