AU - شرف الدين، غزة محمد رزق AB - The aim of the study was to identify the role of Kid’s Space Channels Programs in enhancing child Arabic language. The study based on the descriptive approach by designing a tool to measure the proportion of the Arabic vocabulary existence compared to colloquial language and foreign languages of the children’s programs, which is the primary focus of this study. The study found out that, there was a disparity of interest in Arabic language. The results showed that the greatest interest was given to the simplified Arabic language, where the total ratio of the channels shown in the study was 65% and this ratio is generally good as the area allocated to the simplified Arabic language. In addition the analysis revealed that there was no presence of the Standard or Simplified Arabic in the locally produced children’s programs .Each channel presented its programs in the local language, and the foreign languages were explicitly exposed in many cartoon stories and stories represented by real characters.(10%) This percentage is acceptable. Foreign names accounted for 47.5% of the children’s programs.
