AU - أبو سرية، إيمان سليمان سليمان AU - عفانة، عزو إسماعيل AU - عفانة، عزو إسماعيل AU - عياد، فؤاد إسماعيل AB - The study aims at evaluating a computerized interactive learning Program for the lower, to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher proposed the following main question: What are the evaluative estimations for the computerized interactive learning program for the lower elementary grade in UNRWA schools in Gaza Strip? The following sub-questions were emanated from the above mentioned main question: 1) What are the standards that should be available in the computerized interactive learning program in mathematics subject for the lower elementary grade in UNRWA schools in Gaza Strip? 2) To What extent are the standards available in the computerized interactive learning program in the mathematics subject for the lower elementary grade in UNRWA schools from the teachers' point of view? 3) To what extent are the standards available in the computerized interactive learning program in the mathematics subject for the lower elementary grade in UNRWA schools according to the researcher's analysis? 4) Are there any statistical significant differences at the level (α ≤0.05) between the mean estimations of the study sample about the availability of the standards in the computerized interactive learning program in the mathematics subject for the lower elementary grade in UNRWA schools from the teachers' point of view according to the study variables (sex, teaching experience, the educational zone)? The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to answer the research questions, and prepared a list of standards for evaluating the computerized interactive learning program. This list consists of (94) standards, distributed in five major domains (educational standards, technical standards, and general standards for the site, standards for the main interface and student's section, and educational control and interactivity). In addition, this list was converted into the following: 1) The evaluation card for the computerized interactive learning program was applied to 100 male and female(ILP) teachers who were selected randomly from the educational zones in the Gaza Strip. 2) The researcher applied the analysis card for the interactive learning software on six computerized interactive learning modules consisting of forty four interactive lessons where 475 interactive educational software was deliberately selected from the software of different grades (the first, second and third) primary grade. The researcher presented the study tools to a group of referees, specialists and experts in the field of educational software and the evaluation of the educational software in order to check the validity and the reliability of the tools. After applying the tools of the study, the collected data was analyzed and treated statistically through the use of SPSS. In addition, the appropriate statistical methods were used as frequencies, standard deviation, percentages, one-sample T-test. 1) The standards for evaluating the computerized interactive learning program in mathematics software were available in accordance with the teachers' point of view in the following order: a) The technical standards were achieved with a very good level and with a relative weight (83.70%) so they occupied the first rank. Then, the educational standards, the general standards for the site, the educational control and interactivity standards and the standards for the main interface and the student's section were achieved respectively. 2) The standards for evaluating the computerized interactive learning program in mathematics software were available according to the researcher's analysis in the following order: a) The technical standards were achieved with a very good level and with a relative weight (85.09%) so they occupied the first rank. Then, the educational standards and general standards for the site, and the standards for the main interface and student's section and the educational control and interactivity standards were achieved respectively. 3) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) between the mean estimations of the study sample on the availability of standards from the teachers' point of view according to the study variables (sex, teaching experience, the educational zone). On the basis of the study findings, the researcher presented a set of recommendations for those in charge of the computerized interactive learning program and for its users. These recommendation could help in developing the educational process in various stages of education; the most important of which were: 1) Producing and using special interactive software for teaching mathematics for the upper elementary grade as one of the methods of effective learning. 2) Making efforts to develop the interactive software, and making the (ILP) teachers familiar with the results of the current research. 3) Paying attention to the process of an ongoing evaluation for the effective and directed computerized interactive learning program, designed especially for the students in the elementary stage.
