AU - طيفور، هيفاء. AB - The recent study aims at defying the administrative empowerment degree of the female academic leader at Ha'il University and its impediments from their point of views. The researcher used the descriptive analytic method and applied the study on a sample consists of (44) female academic leaders in the first semester of the academic year 2017—2018 CE. The study has reached to these results in which the whole administrative empowerment degree is high and the whole degree of the empowerment impediments is medium. Also, the study shows that there are statistics significant differences in the administrative empowerment which related to the experience and no statistic differences in the administrative empowerment. This is also was due to two variables in scientific qualification and recruitment. There are no statistic significant differences in the empowerment impediments that relates to experience, scientific qualification and recruitment variables. The study recommends Ha'il University to adopt an effective plan for female academic leaders and it is also necessary to establish a training center to provide courses for female academic leaders and the other female university employees to empower them administratively.
