AU - الريماوي، عمر AB - The present study aimed to reveal the reality of some creativity centers from the perspectiveof their supervisors and directors in the West Bank of Palestine, through a field study of four centers and institutions of innovation and creativity such as Alnaizak Foundation, Tamer Foundation, Child Center, and Edward Said Institute, and after the application of the interview instrument set up by the researchers with the administrators and directors of these centers and institutions. The results showed the following: 1) 80% of the creativity centers and institutions diagnose innovators using IQ tests. 2) The most important needs of innovators are to be appreciated and considered as a national capital ortreasure. 3) The most important needs of supervisors are continuous training. 4) The difficulties facing the innovators and their supervisors are: the difficulty for the supervisors to travel among different regions, the lack of cooperation between parents and school management with the institution or center, the lack of material support for creativity by the government and state institutions, and the lack of a special budget for them, which limited the capacity of the institutions to meet them and realize their needs and demands.
