AB - The present study sought to identify the ethical skills that University Professors should practice from the perspective of the Faculty in the departments of the Faculty of education, University of hail. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of 64 paragraphs was adopted and spread over four main areas, which covered all aspects of the basic study and ethical skills that Professors should exercise with their students and colleagues at work as well as scientific research with society outside the University. The questionnaire was administered to a sample consisting of 120 faculty members. The study results indicated high pointers to ethical practice contained in the study areas, Professors should adhere to. The study suggested several recommendations which contribute to building a matrix for the most important moral and educational skills required by a career University Professor in Saudi Arabia: among them the faculty should practice ethics included in the study and got approval. Hail university should adopt guidelines of rules and regulations concerning the ethics faculty Professors should adhere in order to maintain work quality and imitate best universities and doing similar researches that clarify the importance of adhering to ethics and their effects on the students and the society as a whole.
