AU - شهد، عباس شمران. AB - This research in aimed at the level of role ambiguity on educational guides. Sample current research consisted of 100 male female counselors in Qadisia. To attain the aims two instruments have been used. The first one, prepared by the research themselves to measure the role ambiguity consisted of 30 items. The second one was the scale prepared by 30 to measure the future vision consisted of 30 items. The t-test formula for one sample and person correlate coefficient was used for statistical analysis. The researchers concluded many findings. The counselors suffer from role ambiguity have little to their future vision. Moreover, there was a significant statistical oppositely relation between role ambiguity and future vision among counselors. This means that when role ambiguity increased the below among the research's sample. In the light of the future vision findings, the researchers present some recommendations and suggestions.
