AB - The current study aimed to reveal the influence of an educational program for developing some citizenship concepts and its role in strengthening the intellectual security. The study has been conducted on a sample of students of Intellectual Education Institute in Tabuk. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of 24 students who were distributed randomly into two groups. The first was control group 12 and the other was experimental group 12. The two groups were homogenized. The study tools prepared from the concepts of citizenship scale prepared by the researcher, the measure of intellectual security prepared by the researcher and tutorial prepared by the researcher. After verifying the psychometric properties of the tools and testing its validity to be applied, the researcher used semi-experimental method with pre, post and tracking measure so as to test the validity of hypotheses. Results demonstrated the efficacy of the educational program for the development of some citizenship concepts and its influence in enhancing intellectual security. The researcher offered a set of suggestions and recommendations, including the need for paying attention to developmental programs of citizenship concepts, and of intellectual security in all stages of education, and community groups.
