The values of the percentage, the mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Person) and the T- Interrelated, scalar, and modified standards have been taken into consideration. The statistical results showed that the mean scores for the listening skills were (0) and the standard deviation (1) and their values were limited to (3 +). This means that the standard test scores fall within the normal level. It has been extracted values by having the student obtain grade and the corresponding in the last field of the table, which represents the degree of test extracted after the modification of the standard grades according to the equation (Z = 10 + 50). The ability to classify the listening skills required for primary stage students. These skills can be acquired at this stage of study among students in the sixth primary stage. The researcher recommended: 1) Design training programs for teachers in different stages of education, and work on the implementation of these programs so that teachers of listening skills be able to provide skills to their students. 2) The need to select activities, training and audio texts aimed at developing and measuring language skills in general, and listening skills in particular.
