AU - بن زاهي، منصور AB - This study aims to explore the factorial structure of the School Learning Environment Scale Intended to verify the number of its factors underlying has been conducting exploratory factor analysis on a sample of teachers of primary education strength (374) Using principal components with orthogonal axes of rotation and the results showed a four factors of scale based on Kaiser criteria. As it has been apply confirmatory factor analysis by using AMOS and has a comparison between two models of the scale namely the 4- factor model which the model adjusted of the scale fit indexes revealed that the the model adjusted that has been superior in this study. The scale reveled an adequate degree of reliability and validity by using Stratified Alpha and split half reliability as it has been apply.
