AB - The goal of current research to identify the dimensions of psychological empowerment for each of the members of the teaching staff and who help them at the Zagazig University, and their relationship with job satisfaction, and sought to identify the level of psychological Empowerment of members of the teaching staff, as well as identify the differences between members of the teaching staff and helping them in changing psychological empowerment, which is attributed to a number of demographic variables (type, grade, academic, age, and the number of years of experience). The goal of the search to identify the impact of each of the four dimensions of psychological empowerment (meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact) on a variable job satisfaction of members of the teaching staff. In the light of this applied research on a sample of 157 of members of the teaching staff and help them Zagazig University of males and females (of whom 74 were male and 83 female). Using the "T "test, variance analysis, and regression analysis results showed the following: (1) Members of the teaching staff and helping them to Zagazig University, have high level in three dimensions (meaning, competence, self-determination) measured by psychological empowerment, while the rating in after (impact) did not reach the value, which refers to the minimum of the high level of this dimension (2) there are significant differences between statistical averages of members of the teaching staff and helping them in some dimensions of psychological empowerment is attributable to each of: (type, grade academic, age, and the number of years of experience), while there are no significant differences between statistical averages of members of the teaching staff and help them in some other psychological dimensions of empowerment are attributable to each of: (type, grade academic, age, and the number of years of experience). (3) There is positive influence for the four psychological dimensions of empowerment (meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact) on a variable job satisfaction.
