AU - الزنفلي، أحمد محمود. AB - The education system development requires clarification its state through time, and relative to education systems in other societies. The clarification of this state is based on indicators. So, the research sought to clarify the state of Egyptian education system in some international reports. The research found that this state is low over time, and delay in the ranking among other educational systems, so it can't contribute effectively to achieve the goal of societal advancement and upgrading. The low of the state of Egyptian education system represented in: depression of enrolment in education, low of education quality, depression of internal efficiency in primary education, depression of public expenditure on education, low of equality in education, arising of deprivation of education, weakness of educational status of the population, and lack of participation in international exams. Some of the most important significances of the low of this State, were: the government did not to give education the importance and priority, and the government decline in its responsibility towards education. The most important implications of the low of this State to society as a whole, detected in: the developmental impasse that Egyptian society ailing, then the curve of the state of education system certainly would lead society to a humanitarian disaster.
