AB - This research seeks to achieve a set of objectives that include exploring frameworks the Islamic perspective of job ethics, which is increasing the contemporary trend towards promotion in the work environment, that can help in improving the quality of services provided to citizens and the development of administrative performance. The research also aims to identify the ethics of public job in the legislation and regulations contained in the civil service system in Saudi Arabia and the reality of the ethical practices at Majmaah University. The importance of research can be in the scarcity of Arabic studies in this field, in spite of the steady rise of foreign literature which dealt with management and the civil service ethics, and this makes it a must totackle the Islamic perspective in the context of values ​​and fixed assets of renewable and visions that characterize our religion. The research depends on analytical descriptive method, using the tool of the questionnaire that was prepared in the light of the literature and previous studies, to be applied on a sample of administrative staff at the colleges of education in Majmaah University, where the total number of staff (419). The questionnaires that have been distributed (220) with a percentage reached 54٪ to stand on the reality of their practices to the ethics of public job, and the procedures that can promote those ethics in the administrative career structure, to help in the formulation of recommendations to strengthen the public service ethics of the staff.
