AB - This study has aimed at benefiting from methodology of education technology in designing a training package that includes the necessary professional adequacies to train teachers in distance education. Then experimenting with it after being designed so as to evaluate package effectiveness, and to ensure the outcome in improving teachers classroom teaching practice. The study has also aimed at identifying the extent of feasibility of using the package as a program in self-professional training and individual continuous guidance. The researcher has used the descriptive methodology to review educational literature related to research subject. Also he has used applied methodology as a suitable methodology to the nature of field applied studies. The study yielded the following results: 1There is a possibility of building and designing training programs suitable to modern trends in teacher training adaptive to their preparation and rehabilitation distantly depending on principles of educational technology . 2Strategy guided by principles of educational technology which has been used in designing the training package applied distantly was found to have a positive effect in developing teachers skills connected to their attitudes classroom teaching. 3 Attitude of designing professional adequacies of self – training and independent studies is characterized by effectiveness that leads to developing teachers adequacies connected to (planning for teaching exhibiting and executing daily lessons and evaluating pupils learning). Based on previous results, the researcher stated a number of recommendations and suggestions for future researches.
