AU - المغذي، عادل بن عايض. AB - It aims to find out to what extent these regulations are available within the students of secondary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this, the researcher built a questionnaire containing regulations, which should be attained by students of secondary stage and applied it to 3000 students from Almadinah; 1500 were males and 1500 females. Results were statistically analyzed and that resulted with the following find outs and recommendations: the necessity of Saudi Arabia's students obedience to religious, ethical, social and cultural regulations of the process of ecommunication throughout social media (facebook, youtube, twitter and email). Building an ethical consent within the schools containing regulations for the use of social media and activating this consent at schools. Curricula should contain self-mentoring values and ways of positive use of social media. Activating the role of the departments of Islamic awareness in the directorates of education to have a part in developing the students' religious restraint while surfing internet.
