AU - الدهش، عبد الله بن أحمد AU - بدير، المتولي إسماعيل AB - This research aims at evaluating the performance of faculty members at Mjmaah University in Saudi Arabia In light of the global professional standards for academic accreditation. To achieve that, The research team answered the following questions: What academic professional standards that must be met in the performance of faculty members in Saudi universities? What the availability of these standards in the performance of faculty members at Almajmaah University? To answer these questions two tools have been built: - Questionnaire to determine The Professional Standards for academic accreditation that should be available for faculties' members in Saudi Arabia. Note card to determine the availability of these standards among faculty members at Almajmaah University. To apply these tools, a random sample of of the faculty members in Saudi universities consisted of (100) faculty members was chosen to gain access to the list of academic accreditation standards, As the research team applied the note card on a random sample consisted of (45) of faculty members from different disciplines at at Almajmaah University By applying the research tools, the research results were obtained, analyzed using the statistical techniques the following results were obtained: Determine academic professional standards that must be met in the performance of faculty members in Saudi universities had been identified. The extent of these professional standards in the performance of faculty members at Almajmaah University had been detected. At the end of this research, some recommendations and suggestions had been provided.
