AU - الشهري، زينة حاسن AU - الماجد، هند ناصر AU - الصقور، أماني أحمد AB - This study aimed to identify reasons for the non-alignment of secondary school outputs to study in the university and entry into the labor market from the point of view of faculty members in King Saud University, the study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for it, the study sample consists of (100) from the faculty members in King Saud University, the study reached a number of results, the most important was: that the main reasons for the non-alignment of the outputs of secondary school to study in the university were: low academic level of secondary school graduates, cancel ministerial tests and replace them with tests at the school level, building curricula in the light of separate subjects. That the main reasons for the non-alignment of the outputs of secondary school to entry into the labor market were: lack of concentration of the educational process in the secondary stage on the practical side, secondary school graduates needs some form of training before joining the labor market, lack of partnership between secondary schools and labor market institutions, in light of the results of the study, a series of recommendations were presented.
