AB - This research aims at developing e-reading skills suitable for Arabic learners of other languages using context clues strategy in order to raising students’ level in reading comprehension for Arabic text through different electronic displays. The research problem is the weakness in e-reading skills suitable for the sample. The problem can be stated in the following questions: what are e-reading skills suitable for Arabic learners of other languages? What is the current level of Arabic learners of other languages in these skills? How can context clues strategy be used in developing e-reading skills suitable for Arabic learners of other languages? What is the effectiveness of context clues strategy in developing these skills for the sample? The procedures of the study came as follows: identifying e-reading skills suitable for Arabic learners of other languages? Prepare an objective test to measure the level of those learners in the skills. Prepare teacher’s guide with some suitable instructional activities and materials using context clues. Identify the effect of using context clues in developing these skills the results showed that the context clues strategy is effective in developing e-reading skills for the sample.
