AB - The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of hypermedia-based training program to develop the skills to use e-learning environments to the students of the faculty of education and attitudes towards it. I have been using semi -experimental approach through the pre-test with one group posttest design and selection one group posttest design. And the researcher built achievement test in the cognitive aspects of the use of blackboard consists of 40 items, according to bloom levels (remembering, understanding, application) in addition to the preparation of the note card to use blackboard to the students of the faculty of education skills, which consisted of (30) single distributed four main themes, was also prepared direction scale towards the use of blackboard for students of the faculty of education, which consisted of (25) single; has been validated study tools through a validity and reliability coefficients correlation coefficients, all of which showed the validity of the tools for application to the study sample. Results of the study have concluded to the effectiveness of the training program based hypermedia system in the development of the use of blackboard for students of college of education, skills, and the results showed positive trends for the sample of the study about the using of blackboard.
