AU - العنزي، أروى بنت عبد العزيز بن عبد الله. AB - Time management appears important everywhere. It considered an essential element for success of the educational process. The researcher recognized the need of teachers for time management due to the obstacles that hinder their performances. Therefore, the researcher wants to explore the teacher’s current practice of time management, strategies used, and their point view of obstacles. The researcher also wants to investigate if there are differences among the sample in reference to the variables (number years of experience and number of workshop attended). She used the descriptive method using the self-designed survey. The sample consists of 72 teachers of students with learning disabilities. Findings indicate that : 1) teachers have time management at medium level with an average (2.99), 2) time management obstacles present also at medium level with an average (2.88 ), and 3) there are no significance differences between the sample and less for the strategies used in time (0.05)responses’ at management pertaining the study variables. Several recommendations were suggested.
