AB - This research aimed to demonstrate the effect of the dual analysis and synthesis strategy in developing scientific investigation skills among education female students in Sultan Qaboos University. The research consisted at a random sample of (87) female students selected from the pre-school department. The sample was divided into two groups: control group (N=04) taught by the conventional method and experimental group (N=87) taught by the dual analysis and synthesis strategy. To achieve the research aims, the researcher designed a scientific inquiry skills test which consisted of (83) questions and(7)categories . The findings of the research revealed that there were significant statistical differences between the experimental and control group in favor of experimental group. The research also showed that there were significant statistical differences in the mean scores of the excellent students in the scientific inquiry skills test between experimental and control group in favor of the experimental group.
