AU - الزغبي، حسن علي. AB - This study aimed at identifying the impact of transformational leadership and its organizational conflict at Applied Science Private University. The Transformational Leadership included four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. As for the organizational conflict included four reasons: limited resources, lack of clarity in the powers, lack of clarity of responsibilities, and opposed to objectives. Field data was collected using a questionnaire distributed among a sample of (76) academic staff. Simple linear regression and multiple regressions were used to test the study hypotheses. The study revealed the following main findings: A statistically significance impact of the dimensions of transformational leadership in reducing organizational conflict, the most common reason for an organizational conflict is limited resources, inspiration motivation of the transformational leadership dimension has only impact on all reasons that lead to organizational conflict. The study provided some recommendations mostly important: There is a need develop trust between the university administrative leadership and academic staff to enhance the role of transformational leadership in reducing the causes of organizational conflict, and to review the policies that lead to limited resources being one of the leading causes of or generational conflict structure.
