AB - The study aimed to identify the reality of commitment of faculty members at King Saud University to the ethics of teaching profession from the perspective of male and female students, as well as determining the degree of statistically significant differences in the reality of commitment among faculty members at King Saud University to the ethics of teaching profession due to the variables of gender and college. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire consisted of 25 statements was prepared and applied to the study sample totaling (570) students. The findings of the study indicated that the degree of commitment to the ethics of teaching profession among faculty members in terms of their relationship with their students was high From the perspective of the respondents which demonstrates an agreement in estimation among the respondents, and that the degree of commitment to the ethics of teaching profession among faculty members in terms of their relationship with the profession from the perspective of the respondents was intermediate which indicates variation in estimation among respondents. The study also indicated a statistically significant difference according to the gender for the benefit of the female students, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of college. In light of the findings, the study provided several procedural practical recommendations procedural to achieve improvement in the commitment among faculty members to the ethics of teaching profession.
