The sample consisted of 10 spoken cases with autism spectrum disorder. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a self-control scale, a social interaction scale as well as a training program. The validity and reality of t study tools were achieved. A one group design (pretest, post-test) was used to achieve the goals of the study. The correlation coefficient means and standard deviations, and Wilcoxon signed ranks test were used to answer the study questions. The results indicated that the effectiveness of a training program based on self-regulation in the development of self-control skills and improve social interaction among persons with autism spectrum disorder. The study recommended applying the program to wider samples and providing appropriate treatments to improve self-control skills and social interaction.
