هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة ممارسة عضو هيئة التدريس بجامعة طيبة لدوره في تعزيز منهاج التفكير في ضوء منظومة التفكير الإسلامي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبانه مكونة من 30 فقرة على عينة الدراسة، والبالغة 580 طالبا وطالبة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن عضو هيئة التدريس يمارس دوره في تعزيز منهاج التفكير بدرجة جيدة، كما أظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور عضو هيئة التدريس بتعزيز التفكير السليم تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الطالبات، وأخرى تعزى لمتغير التخصص لصالح الدراسات الإسلامية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس على ممارسة جميع أنماط التفكير بالعملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى بناء برامج خاصة لتنمية التفكير. This study aimed to identify the degree to which a faculty member at Taiba University exercises his role in promoting the thinking platform in light of the Islamic system thinking. The researcher used the Analytical Descriptive Platform by applying a questionnaire consists of 30 points on 580 students. The results of the study showed that the role of faculty members was very good. The results also showed statistically significant differences for the role of the faculty member promoting the proper thinking attributed to sex variable in favor of female students and other differences attributed to the specialization variable and in favor of Islamic Studies. The study recommended the need to encourage faculty members to exercise all patterns of thinking in the educational process, in addition to the importance of constructing special programs for the development of thinking.
