هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه المعلمين من حيث استخدامهم لاستراتيجيات فعالة في التعامل مع الطلبة ذوي المشكلات السلوكية، وترتيب تلك المعوقات بحسب درجة تعويقها، وكذلك معرفة مدى تأثير بعض المتغيرات المتعلقة بالمعلمين على إعاقة استخدام استراتيجيات فعالة في التعامل معهم، وأخيرا ترتيب الأبعاد المتعلقة بتلك المعوقات وفق أهميتها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (160) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، الذين اختيروا من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (420) معلم ومعلمة، حيث قاموا بالإجابة عن فقرات الاستبانة المكونة من (70) فقرة وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك (18) مشكلة تتصف درجة تعويقها بالمتدنية، فيما يقابلها (18) مشكلة أخرى تتصف درجة تعويقها بالقوية، بينما يتوسطهما (34) مشكلة تتصف درجة تعويقها بالمتوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا في تحديد معوقات المعلمين لاستخدام استراتيجيات فعالة في التعامل مع المشكلات السلوكية للطلبة يعزى إلى متغيرات: التأهيل التربوي، وسنوات الخبرة، والجنس، والتفاعل بينهما، وأخيرا تبين أن البيئة المدرسية تحتل المرتبة الأولى من حيث درجة تعويقها للمعلمين في استخدامهم لاستراتيجيات فعالة، فيما يحتل البعد المتعلق بالطالب الدرجة الثانية، والبعد المتعلق بالمعلم الدرجة الثالثة، بينما يحتل البعد المتعلق بالمجتمع الدرجة الرابعة، وكان أثره ضعيفا. The study aimed at determining the obstacles that face teachers in using effective strategies when dealing with students who have misbehaviors; in addition ranking those obstacles according to the level of obstruction. Also this research aimed at investigating the extent to which some variables related to teachers affect using sufficient strategies in dealing with such students. Another aim is to rank the variables according to their importance. The study sample consisted of (160) teachers in secondary governmental schools in the north governorates in the west bank. These teachers were selected from the study population of (420) teachers. They were asked to respond to the (70) items questionnaire following Likert scale. Results indicated that there are (18) problems of a low level of obstruction; another (18) problems of a high obstruction, and (34) problems of intermediate obstruction. Also, results indicated that there was no significant difference in determining the obstacles that face the teachers in using effective strategy when dealing with problems of misbehavior due to the variables: educational qualification, experience, gender and the interaction between them. Moreover, it has been found that teacher’s usage of effective strategies ranked the first obstruction, the variable concerned with the students ranked the second, the third variable is concerned with the teachers, and the variable concerned with the society ranked the fourth and its impact was insufficient.
