يهدف البحث إلى تقويم برامج دورات التعليم المستمر لمدرسي الاحياء في المرحلة الثانوية .يقتصر البحث على مدرسي الاحياء في المرحلة الثانوية للعام الدراسي 2015-2016. يجمع تحديد مجتمع البحث بمدرسي مادة الإحياء في المرحلة الثانوية التابعة لمديرية العامة لتربية النجف للعام الدراسي (2015-2016) البالغ عددهم (347) مدرسا ومدرسة من اختصاص علوم الحياة. وبعد ان تم اختيار مجتمع البحث ثم اختيار عينة البحث عشوائيا والتي يجب إن تكون ممثلة للمجتمع وقد بلغ (67) مدرسا ومدرسة .لتحقيق هدف البحث تطلب بناء وإعداد أداة مناسبة تتضمنت (5) خمسة مجلات وهي :الوقت والتنظيم ومفردات البرنامج التدريبي والجانب المهني والجانب الأكاديمي والتنمية البشرية. وتكونت من (28) فقرة وكانت بدائل الإجابة (موافق، موافق إلى حدا ما، غير موافق). وأظهرت النتائج ان برامج دورات التعليم المستمر لم تركز على القضايا ذات العلاقة بالتنمية البشرية والتنمية المستدامة؛ وعدم استقرار المقررات والمناهج الدراسية أثر بشكل واضح على كفاءة المدرسين الاكاديمية والمهنية. The research aims to evaluate the programs of continuing education courses for biology teachers at the secondary level. The research is limited to biology teachers at the secondary level for the academic year 2015-2016. Determining the research community, the teachers of biology in the secondary stage of the General Directorate of Education of Najaf for the academic year (2015-2016) of (347) teachers and teachers of life sciences. And after the research community was selected, then the research sample was chosen randomly, which must be representative of the community, and it reached (67) teachers and teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, it was required to build and prepare an appropriate tool that included (5) five magazines, namely: time, organization, vocabulary of the training program, the professional aspect, the academic aspect, and human development. It consisted of (28) paragraphs and the answer alternatives were (agree, agree to some extent, disagree). The results showed that the continuing education courses focus on programs not related to human development and sustainable development issues. The instability of the courses and curriculum clearly affected the efficiency of the academic and professional teachers. (Published abstract)
