أجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة المشكلات التي يقف حائلا يمنع تدريب الطلبة المعلمين في برنامج التربية بجامعة القدس المفتوحة، ثم وضع التوصيات اللازمة للتغلب على هذه المشكلات ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة أعد الباحث استبانة مكونة من (67) فقرة تمثل كل منها أحدى المشكلات التي يمكن أن تواجه الطالب المعلم موزعة على سبعة مجالات هي: تخيط الدرس وإعداده، وتنفيذ الدرس داخل الفصل، وإدارة الصف، وتوفير الإمكانات، والإشراف والتوجيه، والتعاون من جانب مدير/ مديرة المدرسة المتعاونة، والتعاون من جانب المعلم (المعلمة) المتعاون. وطبقت هذه الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (438) من الطلبة المعلمين في نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي 2005-2006 وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا وتحليلها، أظهرت النتائج أن مجال (توفير الإمكانات) حصل على المرتبة الأولى بين المجالات الأخرى من حيث ظهور المشكلات في حين أن مجال (التعاون من جانب المعلم/ة المتعاون/ة) حصل على المرتبة الأخيرة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى: 1) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لجنس الطالب المعلم. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لتخصص الطالب المعلم ولصالح تخصص التربية الابتدائية واللغة العربية. 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمنطقة التعليمية ولصالح منطقة نابلس. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمعدل التراكمي للطالب المعلم. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير برنامج التربية العملية في ضوء المعايير العالمية في هذا المجال، إضافة إلى مراعاة الجوانب التي من خلالها يمكن التغلب على المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة. This study was conducted to investigate the obstacles and problems which hinder the process of training students as teachers for these who are registered and enrolled in the practical education program at Al Quds Open University. The necessary recommendations were suggested in order to overcome those problems. To achieve such aims, the researcher designed a questionnaire which was of (67) items; each of these items represents a problem which may face teacher trainees. The questionnaire items were distributed on seven domains: lesson planning, lesson execution, classroom management, resources’ availability, supervision and guidance, principal’s cooperation, and teacher’s cooperation. The study was conducted on a sample of (438) teacher trainees at the end of the first semester of the academic year 2005/2006. The obtained data were analyzed statistically and indicated that the domain of "the availability of resources" got the first priority among other domains in term of problems; whereas, the domain of the teacher’s cooperation got the last rank. This study showed the following results: 1) there were no significant differences as due to gender. 2) There were significant differences as due to the student’s specializa¬tion and to the programs of education and Arabic language. 3) There were significant differences as due to the educational region, and namely to Nablus educational region. 4) There were no significant differences as due to the student’s achievement average. The study recommended and emphasized the necessity for developing the practical education program in light of the universal norms and standards in this field, as well as increasing the attention to the aspects by which it might be possible to overcome the problems which students face.
