هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير كفايات أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في مدارس التعليم العام من خلال بناء قائمة بالكفايات المقترحة، وقياس درجة أهميتها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتخصص تقنيات التعليم في الجامعات السعودية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (45) عضوا، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة بالاستبانة، وقد أظهرت النتائج الموافقة على الكفايات المقترحة بشكل عام لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي 2.57، وانحراف معياري 0.63. وجاء ترتيب الكفايات المقترحة لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، حسب درجة أهميتها على النحو التالي: كفايات اختيار مصادر التعلم الرقمية، كفايات التصميم التعليمي، الكفايات القائمة على نظريات التعلم، كفايات تصميم الوسائط المتعددة، كفايات استخدام تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الرقمية. وقدّمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: إدراج الكفايات المقترحة لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم في الدليل التنظيمي لمدارس التعليم العام التابع لوزارة التعليم. كما اقترحت الدراسة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول تطوير كفايات أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم لمواكبة التطورات الحديثة بالمجال. The study aimed at presenting a proposal for developing the competencies of the specialists of learning resource centers in general schools through a list of proposed competencies and evaluating their importance from the points of view of the staff of learning technology specializations at Saudi universities. The researcher used the descriptive method. The sample contained (45) staff members. Data was collected via a questionnaire. Generally, the results of the study showed a great approval upon the points of view of the sample members for the currently proposed competencies with an average of 2.57 and a standard deviation of 0.63. The suggested competencies, according to the points of view of the sample members, are listed according to their importance as follows: competencies of selecting the digital educational resources. Competencies of instructional design. Competencies based on learning theories. Competencies of designing multimedia. Competencies of using digital technological applications. The researcher introduced some recommendations, the most important are: adding the proposed competencies into the regulatory guides for general schools issued by the ministry of education. The researcher suggested conducting more research about the improvement of the competencies of the specialists to keep up with field modern developments. (Published abstract)
