يهدف البحث الحالي لمعرفة التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة لمتغير توجّهات الهدف كمتغير مستقل على اتخاذ القرار كمتغير تابع؛ من خلال ما وراء المعرفة والتفكير التأملي كمتغيرين وسيطين لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة الأزهر، وذلك من خلال نموذج مقترح افترض فيه الباحثان وجود تأثيرات مباشرة وغير مباشرة لتوجّهات الهدف على اتخاذ القرار. وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (437) طالبا من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة الأزهر، كما استخدمت مقاييس توجّهات الهدف، وما وراء المعرفة، والتفكير التأملي، واتخاذ القرار من إعداد الباحثين، وباستخدام أسلوب تحليل المسار. أظهرت النتائج وجود مطابقة جيدة بين النموذج المقترح وبيانات عينة البحث؛ بالنسبة للعلاقات المختلفة بين هذه المتغيرات، ووجود تأثيرات مباشرة وغير مباشرة دالة إحصائيا لتوجّهات الهدف في اتخاذ القرار، وتأثيرات مباشرة دالة إحصائيا لتوجّهات الهدف في كل من مهارات ما وراء المعرفة والتفكير التأملي، ووجود تأثيرات مباشرة دالة إحصائيا لما وراء المعرفة والتفكير التأملي في اتخاذ القرار لدى عينة البحث. The present research aims to identify the direct and indirect effects of the variable of goal orientations as an independent variable on decision-making as a dependent variable; through meta-cognition, reflective thinking as two mediator variables among students of the Faculty of Education at Al-Azhar University through a proposed model in which the two researchers hypothesized that there were direct and indirect effects of the goal orientations on decision-making. The research sample consisted of (437) students from the Faculty of Education at Al-Azhar University. The scales of goal orientations, meta-cognition, reflective thinking and decision-making were used and prepared by the researchers. Using the method of path analysis, the results showed a good consistency between the proposed model and the data of the research sample; for the different relationships between these variables, statistically significant direct and indirect effects of goal orientations on decision making, statistically significant direct effects of goal orientations on both the skills of meta-cognition and reflective thinking and statistically significant direct effects of meta-cognition and reflective thinking on decision-making among the research sample.
